ARCHITECT & DESIGNER SERVICES
We work hard to meet the needs of architects and designers and use a four step process to work with this client group:
1. PLAN
- Provide catalogues, brochures and other literature as required.
- Inventory analysis of clients existing furniture.
- Evaluation and recommendation on the reuse or refurbishment of existing product.
- Provide budget estimates on furnishings or services.
- Assistance in workplace audits and identification of needs.
- Supply of samples for on-site evaluation where feasible.
2. DESIGN
- Convert generic layouts to system and product specific drawings.
- Provide a printed menu of required parts along with CAD or Giza isometric drawings.
- Provide quotations in a clear fashion with the use of computer graphics to simplify understanding of quoted items.
3. IMPLEMENT
- Coordinate deliveries to required timetables and confirm critical delivery requirements at time of order placement to avoid surprises.
- Personal, on-site supervision on all major installations
- All deliveries and installations are professionally handled by trained, contract installers.
4. MAINTAIN
- Assist clients in obtaining best trade-in value and arranging for temporary product where necessary.
- Provide clients with refurbishing options, including on-site electrostatic repainting of files etc.,
reupholstering
of seating or screens, refinishing of wood furniture, re-topping of desks or
tables, repairs.
- Quality audits on all installations to ensure the products are performing as expected, installations work in the way they were designed to work and that users are familiar with the function and operation of the products in use.
