As a family operated business it is only natural that Mills has created a strong family culture. Many employees at Mills have had a long tenure with the company, and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. We have always taken great pride in our exceptional customer service and doing the small things to brighten our customer’s experience.  It’s this “little guy” attitude that sets us apart from the competition and has shaped us into the great company we are today.  We know that Mills Basics provides the best service in the office supply business, but whenever we receive positive recognition, we want to share it with the world because we are so proud of our team.

In 2005 we had the privilege to do business with Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC).  As their keystone provider of office supplies we worked with them for five years to make their office, and the games, run smoothly.  We received this letter from VANOC a few months after the closing of the 2010 Olympic Games.
