Mills Basics is an authorized partner for Lexmark, Xerox, HP and Brother. Through our partners, we can provide
a wide arrange of imaging solutions, everything from simple desktop printers, colour laser and solid ink
machines, high volume fax machines and high speed copiers. We always recommend customers consider leasing
of large central equipment and through our leasing partner, Pemberton Leasing Services, we can ensure you
leverage the tax and risk and disposal benefits leasing provides.
Post-sales on-site and depot, factory authorized service Mills Basics and PrinterWorks are pleased to provide factory authorized maintenance and support on
Lexmark, Xerox, HP, Brother and Okidata equipment. We can provide warranty service on-site or at our
depot centrally located in Burnaby.
Preventative maintenance contracts for your imaging fleet
Mills Basics and PrinterWorks can provide you with a customized preventative maintenance contract for a
fleet of imaging equipment taking into account your unique usage and operating environment. Additionally,
we can provide single, one time charge service packages on a case by case basis.
Supplies & Consumables usage management & contract pricing
As an additional service, we can track your supplies usage and provide quarterly or semi-annually reporting
detailing your usage of supplies and consumables. Our experience has taught us that doing a review every
six months ensures that you are getting the best value for your purchase dollar and ensures users are
purchasing the supplies best for your organization (high yield vs. low yield, re-engineered vs. OEM cartridges).
