In 1949, Don Mills set out on his own to make an impact within the Commercial Office industry. At age 19, with little capital and scarce resources, he worked hard to gain traction in a challenging industry. He developed his customer base by utilizing principles that are deeply rooted within Mills today.

Pairing his ambitious personality with the persistence to make an impact, Don was able to make his mark. Whether he was delivering parcels to customers via Streetcar or the many methods of transport that we currently use today, one thing was clear. Our core values - the genuine care for the customers’ needs and the desire to deliver value with a personal touch - have remained constant throughout the years.
We believe that developing customer relationships still hold value today, if not...more than ever before. Blair Mills, Don's son, now leads a sustainable modern business that continues to drive positive change today. Mills is a wholly-owned company by the Mills family, Blair and Janice who serve as the formal board of directors.
