Mills’ Delivery Area

Free delivery* is available to customers within the city limits of the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, Smithers, and Prince George. For orders less than $35 net*, a $9.99 small order handling fee may be applied.

Fort St John will have a minimum shipping rate of $29.99* applied to all orders. Any backorders will be removed so orders will be complete.

Customers 75 KM Outside of Mills’ Delivery (Extended Mills’ Delivery)

The following terms apply to customers 75 KM outside of Mills’ delivery areas (Lower Mainland, Okanagan, Prince George, and Smithers):

• All orders will have a minimum shipping rate of $29.99* applied. 
• Any backorders will be removed so orders will be complete.

All Other Delivery

All destinations outside of the Mills and Extended Mills’ delivery areas are considered Premium delivery areas. Orders within this area will have actual freight charges added to the invoice.

Oversized or overweight items may be subject to additional charges.

RETURNS

Please complete the form below if you wish to return a product to Mills. Upon receipt, our customer care team will create a pick-up slip, and your driver will pick up your unwanted items on your next delivery. To receive full credit, goods must be returned within 30 days, and be in the original/undamaged packaging. Wrong goods shipped, short shipments or damaged goods must be claimed within 7 days. A restocking fee may be charged. Credits are processed to your account once the goods have been received in our warehouse and are typically processed within 48 hours.
