Our regular accounts will receive an annual up-to-date catalogue free of charge. Additional copies of our office supply and furniture catalogue are free upon request.
Mills Reporting System:
A computerized system designed to assist multi-branch or large customers to control their office supply expenditures and aid in inventory control.
Mills Fair Price Policy:
We will honour, upon request, any Canadian competitor’s current published price for an identical product. The customer must be prepared to provide Mills with a copy of the advertisement noting both the item and promotion dates.
The prices shown are often indicative of the manufacturer’s suggested list prices and are subject to customer discounts, which reflect annual purchase volume estimates. NET prices are not subject to further discount. Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice.
Net 30 days to approve accounts. 2% interest per month charged on overdue accounts.
At Mills, we want you to be comfortable in purchasing all of your office supplies, technology products, office furniture and business printing from us. We guarantee that any office product merchandise purchased within 30 days found to be defective shall be repaired, replaced or credited to your account for the full value of the merchandise. Technology Product Terms:
Should you have a complaint about a product purchased from Mills, contact us within 90 days from the date of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. The following conditions apply specifically to item type:
Imaging Supplies (Toner, Ink, Specialty Media):
Product in original (un-marked) and unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for full credit. Defective products will be exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Equipment / Accessories:
Product in original and unopened packaging can be returned within 10 business days from the date of delivery for full credit. Defective products may be returned for replacement or credit within 10 business days of delivery and must include UPC label and all original packaging (missing UPC label and/or accessories will result in the refusal of your return). Defective product beyond the initial 10 business day period will be repaired or exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Product sealed in original packaging can be returned within 15 business days of delivery. Due to copyright law, we will exchange software only when the media is defective.
Installation and repair services:
Installation and configuration fees cannot be refunded. All equipment repairs, parts, and labour are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of the service call.

Office Furniture Terms:
All office furnishings in the Basics catalogue are FOB Vancouver. Mills provides free delivery of unassembled furniture in the Lower Mainland, set up is available for an additional charge. Delivery of catalogue furniture outside of the Lower Mainland is subject to a freight charge. Non-stocked furniture requires additional delivery time. All opened items are subject to a restocking charge. Freight charges apply to most special order furniture. Special orders are a final sale and not returnable. If you are unsure of an item we highly recommend speaking with a Mills Furniture Specialist to ensure that you will receive the correct item for your requirements and thus avoid additional charges for freight and restocking charges.
