B Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. What is the B Rewards Program?

The B Rewards program ("Program") is a free loyalty program offered by Mills. Rooted in our tagline "B Corp. B Local. B Rewarded," the Program is designed to recognize and reward our valued customers for their loyalty in choosing a local office supplier that aligns with B Corp values. By participating in the Program, members can earn and redeem B Rewards points for a variety of products available on our online platform, www.mills.ca.

 

2. How Can I Participate?

To participate in the B Rewards Program, users must create an account on our website and make eligible purchases of Office and Facility Supplies online only. For every $1 spent on qualifying products, members will earn 5 B Rewards Points. Please note that the purchase of furniture is excluded from earning B Rewards Points. 

The Program is available exclusively to customers residing in British Columbia, Canada. Participation is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Redeeming Rewards Points

Accumulated B Rewards Points can be redeemed for a selection of products available on our website, www.mills.ca. Members can log in to their account to view the catalog of redeemable items and choose their desired rewards. Redemption is subject to the availability of the chosen items and may be subject to change.

B Rewards have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The points cannot be assigned, exchanged, purchased or given by gift. B Rewards cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise disposed of. 

 

4. Earning and Redemption Exclusions

Certain products or categories may be excluded from earning or redeeming B Rewards Points. These exclusions may be communicated through our website, promotional materials, or other channels at our discretion. Furniture purchases are excluded from earning points.

 

5. Changes to the Program

Mills reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the B Rewards Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to point earning rates, redemption options, and exclusions. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

 

6. General

B Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Members are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date, including a valid email address.

Mills reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts for abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
