ORDERING

 

Q. When will I expect my order to arrive?

A. Most products will arrive in the next 1-2 business days; however, specific delivery times cannot be provided as your postal code determines your position on the driver’s route. A slight delay may occur as a result of circumstances (for example, special order items, manufacturer issues, and Covid-19 delays).

Q. How will my order be delivered?

A. Our friendly team of delivery professionals will be shipping your items via our own Mills trucks.

Q. My account login and password?

A. If you are an existing Mills client, it is possible that you already have an account set up for online ordering. If you are unsure, you can reset your password and have a new one emailed to you (make sure to check your Junk Mail folder.) If you don’t have a Mills account, you may set one up by clicking Login in the header. When the login window appears, click the "Create Account" link, and enter the required information.

Q. What if My Items Arrive Defective or I am Missing Something From My Order?

A. Please inspect your order carefully for defects and shortages upon receipt. Shortages and defective claims must be received within 1 business day of receiving the order.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. Billing information for your organization is in the Mills system and will appear on the checkout screen. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please complete the required information at checkout. If this information is not available to you on the checkout page, please contact us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as forms of payment.

Q. Where is Mills located?

A. Located in: Vancouver, Okanagan, Prince George, Smithers, and Langley (Distribution Centre)

Q. When do I need to place my order to get Next-Day Delivery?

A. Next-Day orders must be placed by 4:00 PM on the previous business day to be eligible for next-day delivery. Please note: Not all items are available for next-day delivery.
