Shorter warm-up times and an average 30 percent temperature reduction provide substantial energy savings. Low-melt film creates no offensive odors, which are common with hot homopolymer films. Using low-melt polyester film eliminates need to stock multiple grades of film and their associated change-over inconvenience.
